Smoothie Bowls | Paleo & Plant based
Hello all, welcome to my kitchen, where I have been creating simple, satisfying and refreshing smoothie bowls! Everyone has a sweet tooth, and these are defiantly something to try if your'e feeling one! Today I am going to share some of my favorite recipes.

Plant-based
Packed with superfoods
Nutritious, whole foods
Artificial sugar free
Dairy free
DIRECTIONS
1. Add everything into a blender and add more milk if needed! (amount will vary)
SMOOTHIE BOWLS
SWEET CHOC SMOOTHIE BOWL
4 Bananas (adjust to how much you want)
1/2 scoop chocolate vega protien
4 dates
2 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon to taste
Cacao powder
1 cup Cashew milk (add more as you blend)
TOPPINGS
Cashew butter (blend cashews in blender)
Coconut flakes
Pumpkin seeds
Pecans (game changer)
Chia seeds
HONEY-MACA SMOOTHIE BOWL
4-5 Bananas (adjust to how much you want)
2 tbsp organic, fresh honey
1 heaped tbsp Maca powder
1/2 tbsp cacao
4 pitted dates
1 cup Cashew/ hemp milk (adjust with how many bananas used & add more as you blend)
TOPPINGS
Pecans
Coconut
Almond butter
Chia seeds
*Use any toppings, however I highly suggest the pecans!!!

Play around with how much of each flavor you want & remember to add less milk at first, then add more as you go.
