Hello & welcome back to my table! Take a seat (literally) and stick around for the best granola recipe EVER! I am so excited to share this with all of you!!!

Everyone has that one food they can't go a day without, maybe might consume at a specific time everyday (because #routine). Well, I can relate! Yours might be something like ice cream, chocolate, or fatty foods such as peanut butter - this recipe may just be the key to crushing those cravings & unhealthy habits and help you easily reach your goals, whatever they may be.
I eat my granola around 7-8pm as my late night snack to tie me over for the night, many times it fuels me for my morning workout. This prevents me from eating something full of sugar and saturated fats late at night, as many people do.
This recipe for me has been a life saver! Its quick and easy to make, it lasts up to a week / week and a half before its gone and have to restock, and satisfies your carb, fat & sugar cravings!
- Carbs come from the oats (which yes are good carbohydrates) & wheat germ
*Wheat germ has excellent nutritional value as a food supplement. It's an excellent source of vegetable proteins, along with fiber and healthy fats. It's also a good source of magnesium, zinc, thiamin, folate, potassium, and phosphorus.
- Fat comes from the Seeds (Chia & Flax), Coconut oil, & Peanut butter (PB2)
- Sugar comes from the Honey & Agave - Cacao gives the flavor but in fact has 0g of sugar!
*Raw cacao powder has more than 300 phytochemicals and nearly four times the antioxidant power of regular dark chocolate, and contains protein, calcium, carotene, thiamin, riboflavin, magnesium, and sulfur.
- Protein comes from the Seeds & Protein powder
Keep on reading for my Secret Recipe :)

This recipe is perfect because it contains no artificial sugar, none of those processed and refined carbs, and so many superfoods & nutrients in such a delicious bowl! All providing your body with antioxidants, energy & happiness :-)
